Orders placed before 4:30PM CST during a weekday that does not fall under a holiday will ship same day. Orders placed after this time are not gauranteed to ship same day. Orders placed on a weekend will ship out the very next working business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped, and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Orders that are drop shipped to you at no further cost will receive tracking information later in the evening around 7:30PM CST.
Once your order has shipped, an email with your tracking number is sent
to the email address associated with the order. If you did not receive
your tracking number please check your spam filter settings. For
registered users order information, including tracking, can be found by
logging in with your user name and password and viewing your purchase
history. Un-registered users can email email@example.com
Please call or e-mail customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Most orders are charged, and entered into an automatic system that will see your order is packed and shipped very quickly. Once an order has been processed it falls under the Return Policy and will be subject to any and all applicable fees if the order can not be canceled in time.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 903.272.0993 or email us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please include the order number along with all information regarding the incorrect product.
In the rare instance a return is necessary the guidelines below will
affect the return. All returned merchandise must have a Return Material
Authorization number (RMA) issued by Primary Arms prior to return. Goods returned with an RMA must be in original condition and packaging and
all contents and documentation must be present. Items returned without
an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense.
We will gladly accept return for refund any unopened and unused product. Simply return any new unused item back to us within 10 days from the date delivered. Shipping charges are not refundable. Once a scope is mounted it becomes used and is not eligible for refund, exchange or return. Placing a scope in rings constitutes mounting. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.

We appreciate the interest of international parties. Paris Arms is not
authorized for shipment or sale outside the United States.
We take security concerns very importantly at Paris Arms and have opted
to only accept credit card payments once the address, zip code and CVV2
code match exactly what the issuing bank has on file.
Your card might show a hold on your account, however unless you received an order confirmation email your card will NOT be charged. The amount of time the hold takes to go away depends on the issuing bank.

Our business model is similar to Wal-Mart, wherein we believe in selling more of the same item for cheaper than our competitors and making profit on volume, rather than making a higher margin on a single sale. To this end we do not offer memberships or discounts other than the offer codes that are given out through our social media accounts.

Paris Arms is currently open and we are working as quickly as possible to ship your orders. Our focus is on the safety of our employees and customers. As a result of increases in order volume and enhanced safety protocols at our distributors, we are experiencing shipping delays. We are currently expecting orders to ship within three weeks. Our commitment is to continue to provide the great service level you have come to expect from Paris Arms while maintaining the highest level of safety for our employees and customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
All orders placed online will have their products allocated for them. These orders will not be canceled. If there is a problem with your order you will be notified immediately. If there are further actions from our local city, county or state legislators that require further steps up to and including the temporary halt of all business activities you will be notified immediately and orders that are not shipped out through our distributors which aren't also affected will continue. Orders shipped out through distributors that are affected will be canceled and refunded.
