Shipping Information
All items sold by Paris Arms are for U.S. domestic use and may not be exported.
No sales to or shipments of any goods outside the United States
All sales are subject to all Local, State, and Federal laws. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any laws that may affect their purchase.
No product substitutions will be made without prior approval of the customer
We try to ship out orders placed same day during business hours but orders placed close to or after this time will be shipped out the following business day.
If for any reason your order cannot be shipped in a timely manner we will attempt to notify you right away.
Excluding weekends and holidays, most orders are shipped the same or next business day.
Paris Arms requires our carriers to acquire a Signature Confirmation for certain orders. In addition, drivers may require a signature when delivering to certain locations.
All ammunition sales will ship via UPS ground only. If you have selected an alternative shipping method you will be contacted to confirm you are able to receive UPS shipments before we proceed. If we have not heard back from you within 10 business days your order will be canceled and your card refunded the entire order amount.
Rates
Shipping rates provided from Paris Arms are as follows:
$10.00 Flat rate shipping to contiguous United States. $35 Flat rate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
$12.00 Shipping to any PO Box
Orders containing a firearm will require an addition $5 signature fee.
Order Tracking
You will receive an e-mail with tracking information from the carrier within 24 hours after the order is shipped. Usually this email is automatically generated
Payment Methods
Paris Arms prefers Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex.
No personal checks or other types of Money Orders will be accepted without prior approval.
Please do not send cash.
In store purchases need to be processed and paid for online prior to pickup.
Warranty and Repairs
Paris Arms is not a warranty or repair center for any manufacturer other than Paris Arms brand products. Warranty and repairs from other manufacturers must be performed by that manufacturer.
Items should be returned directly to the manufacturer per the manufacturer’s policy. Please contact the manufacturer for instructions and procedures. Paris Arms will assist as needed.
Return Policy
In the rare instance a return is necessary the guidelines below will affect the return.
All returned merchandise must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) issued by Paris Arms prior to return.
Goods returned with an RMA must be in original condition and packaging and all contents and documentation must be present.
Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense.
We will gladly accept return for refund any unopened and unused product. Simply return any new unused item back to us within 10 days from the date delivered. Returns out subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Once a scope is mounted it becomes used and is not eligible for refund, exchange or return. Placing a scope in rings constitutes mounting. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Sales Tax
